Are you feeling ‘stuck’, unhappy or bored at work?

Do you find it hard to get out of bed in the morning?

Do you wonder if you are in the right job?

If so, the Love Your Work Programme could be just what you need!

The 'Love Your Work Programme' can help

The Love Your Work Programme is designed to guide and equip people with the right tools to Love their Work, whatever job they are in.

Enjoying work is not always easy. Work can be wonderfully stimulating and rewarding; however, it can also be frustrating, stressful and even demoralising at times.

We can all find ways to love our work though! And, this programme is designed to show you how.

I have been in pursuit of fun at work for many years, carrying out academic research on the topic but also learning hands-on through my own tussles with life. Along the way, I have learnt key strategies to achieving a truly enjoyable work life.

This programme blends my own experience, my sociological expertise, latest research on worker enjoyment, and, real-world strategies from a range of relevant disciplines (including psychology) to provide a practical ‘how to’ guide to reinventing and reinvigorating your worklife.

I’d love to hear from you if you are interested in enrolling in this programme.

Yours on the journey of life,

Dr Kathryn Owler
