Happiness at Work Coaching

I undertook [coaching with Kathryn as] I had become a bit complacent in my role, and was often feeling unstimulated and thought it sounded like a good way to get fired up again. As a practical person, I loved going through this course as it gave me practical skills to reignite my joy in my role and look for ways to make it work with my values. Kathryn takes the time to use her knowledge along with the clients goals to work towards a happier outlook toward work – I found it even helped me a lot with my personal goals too! Working through things like communication, boundary setting and designing our perfect job it has definitely refocussed me and made me view my work day very differently for the better.
