Kathryn is one of the founding Directors of Joyworkz. She has held social practice, teaching (and training), coaching and research positions in business, education and not-for-profit. Today, Kathryn plays an active role in Joyworkz assisting organisations with project work, research and report writing. She also provides in-house wellbeing training to organisations, teams and individuals.
